How can I track my order?
- Once your order ships we will email you a shipping confirmation which will include your tracking information. Clicking that link will take you to your carrier's tracking information. If that does not work, please copy and paste the number in Google, and it will show tracking information there, where you can visit the carrier's website and bookmark to keep an eye on your order.
How long will it take to get my package?
- Most packages shipped via ground will arrive in 2-4 business days. For faster shipping please choose next day or 2 day air shipping. Please note that shipments containing lithium batteries are not eligible for air shipments.
What if I have a problem with my order?
- If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call (888) 535-5926 and leave a detailed message so we can resolve it right away.
How do I get support for the product I ordered?
- The great part about Kellyco is we are here to support you before, during and after your purchase. Our customer experience team is available Monday-Friday from 9 am until 5 pm and to help answer any technical questions about your products!
Why do you charge for shipping?
- Shipping is a cost that we can’t get around. We offer free standard shipping over $250 because we can justify that cost. We have to pay shipping, and if we don't share the burden, we won't be here the next time you need us!
Do you take trade-ins?
- We do not accept trade-ins at this time.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?
- If your order has not arrived, please send us an email at [email protected] or give us a call at (888) 535-5926 and leave a detailed message. We can check on the status to provide an update. There are sometimes delays with our carrier service and you may need to contact them if it is taking longer than usual.
Do you ship internationally?
- At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Do you have a payment plan?
- Yes we do! We offer financing through Affirm. It’s easy to use and you find out if you are approved in minutes. On all items listed on our website, there is an option to prequalify. Click on the link and get your results in minutes. But we do not offer a "Lay Away" option.
Does Kellyco send out donations for clubs and events?
- Yes we do! However, please understand that we get a lot of requests. We do try to support as many of them as we can; however, we cannot fulfill all requests. Please submit all inquiries to Tony Shrader by emailing him at [email protected].
What is your Return Policy?
- Kellyco is proud to offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. Please email us at [email protected] or call Customer Service at (888) 535-5926 and leave a detailed message, and we will let you know what needs to be done to process a return or to answer any questions about our return policy.
How do I get the Military Discount?
- The military discount is good for one Minelab (excludes Go-Finds) or Garrett (Apex or higher) detector per year. The discount must be for the person ordering the detector.

- Driver’s License with "Veteran" Endorsement (Available in some states)
- VA Insurance card
- Military ID (RETIRED ONLY) Active Military IDs CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED.
