Is Signature Required? 
Yes, and here is why.

Proof of Delivery: A signature provides proof that the package was delivered to the correct person at the intended address. This helps prevent disputes about whether the delivery was successful or not.

Security: Expensive electronics are valuable and attractive to thieves. Requiring a signature ensures that the package doesn't get left unattended where it could be stolen or damaged.

Customer Verification: By signing for the delivery, the customer verifies that they received the correct items in good condition. This is especially important for high-value electronics, where any discrepancies or damage need to be addressed promptly.

Insurance Requirements: Some insurance policies or shipping carriers may require a signature for high-value shipments to ensure coverage in case of loss or damage during transit.

Customer Satisfaction: While signing for delivery may add a small step to the process, it ultimately contributes to a smoother and more secure transaction. Customers appreciate the assurance that their expensive purchase is being handled with care and accountability.

What does Awaiting Fulfillment Shipping Status Mean?

Your order will often be marked as "Awaiting Fulfillment" status after placing an order either on the phone or online with Kellyco and after you submit your payment. Awaiting fulfillment means your order will immediately sent to the logistics company that Kellyco uses. There, it joins lots of other orders waiting for processing and shipping in the order it was received.

If you check your order status and it says “Awaiting Fulfillment,” that simply means that the logistics warehouse hasn’t started the order fulfillment process yet. That process involves picking the items for your order and packing them into a box for shipment.

When the order is marked as "Shipped" or "Completed" that means your order is on the way to you and you will receive tracking information shortly.

All orders placed on Monday through Friday before 2:00pm ET will be shipped on the same day. Any order placed after 2pm ET will be shipped on the next business day.

When ordering from a Kellyco Metal Detectors expert, ask what the charges would be for 2-Day or Overnight delivery. This is generally $45 on orders over $250.

Overnight and 2-day shipping cannot be honored during major national holidays and weekends. We will ship the next business day if the order is placed after 2:00PM EST.
