Kellyco is proud to offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy to ensure that our honest customers are 100% satisfied.
30-Day Hassle-Free Return Requirements:
- Most hobby metal detectors and accessories are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.*
- All products must be returned in the original packaging, with all manufacturer accessories and promotional items.
- Your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the product has been opened or used.
- You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.
If we receive an incomplete order, or one that is in worse condition that originally claimed by the customer, we reserve the right to change the value of your return despite the content of the RMA form you were given when the claim was made.
A Minimum restocking fee of 20% and a Maximum of 30% can and will be applied to orders in which return merchandise is accepted under false claims. If the claim is not accurate, and the merchandise is in worse condition than initially reported when the RMA Form was completed, you will be given the option to receive the original merchandise back, or we can process a refund minus 20% Minimum / 30% Maximum for restocking plus the cost of the return label.
*Excludes all commercial/professional detectors including, but not limited to, JW Fishers, Lorenz, OKM, Fisher Research Labs, Blisstool, Minelab GPZ 7000 & all GPX Models, Terra Exploration Group EZ Rez/EZ Rad Devices, Nokta / Makro Professional Units, Aquascan Aquapulse and Zota e-bikes.
Returns are not accepted on used inventory. AS IS Merchandise purchased from Kellyco is sold AS IS and can not be returned for a refund of any amount.
Defective Returns:
Due to others taking advantage of our loyalty to our customers, we will now require video proof of a defect before we will accept a Defective Return.
If you believe you have a defective item, please contact Customer Service within seven days of receipt with video proof of the defect for a paid shipping label. We will no longer be sending out advanced replacements and will have to receive and confirm the defective merchandise before a replacement is shipped. If the claim is not accurate, and the merchandise is not defective, you will be given the option to receive the original merchandise back, or we can process a refund minus 20% for restocking plus the cost of the return label.
After seven days, or with a lack of video proof, you must return the defective merchandise to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

As we have no control over Manufacturer Promotions and are contractually restricted from advertising such promotions until they are within the active window, promotions will not be retroactively applied to orders that were placed before a promotion begins, or after a promotion ends, current promotions are not acceptable reasons for return. If you are suspected of returning merchandise with the sole purpose of buying at a lower promotional price, we reserve the right to postpone your return request until the aforementioned promotion has ended. All Warranty Service assistance will be conducted as per usual and we will help in any way to support your efforts to have your machine serviced by an Authorized Service Center.
