Answer: The sensitivity is fixed on the Pro-find 20. The Pro-find 20 is not waterproof only splashproof whereas the Pro-Find 35 is waterproof to 20 feet. The Pro-find 35 has LED flashlight and comes with a landyard. The Pro0Find 35 has two tones, one for ferrous and one for non-ferrous metals.
